Children will participate in a variety of activities to develop focus and listening skills, increase strength and balance, improve breath and body awareness and cope with the stresses of everyday life. Children will work at their own pace and build confidence in their abilities and awareness of their potential. This class is ongoing and runs throughout the school year.
